Sheet Pan Bacon Mac & Cheese



To be able to say a mac & cheese recipe is delicious it must have the perfect balance of creaminess, cheesiness, and something a little extra. This is why I grant my Sheet Pan Mac & Cheese recipe absolutely delicious! What makes this recipe so special is the blend of cheeses, bacon bits, and Panko Bread Crumb Topping. 




Give it up for the ingredients that make this recipe, literally... 
  • Pasta- Pretty much any type of noodle pairs well with this recipe. The first couple of times I made this Mac & Cheese I used Cavatappi, which I highly recommend. This time I'm using Gnocchi. In other words, the type of noodle you use is totally up to you and what you're feeling!
  • Butter- What mouth-watering mac & cheese recipe doesn't include butter???!!! 
  • Garlic- Gives this recipe a little chefs kiss
  • Flour- Thickens the sauce up
  • Paprika- Spice it up!
  • Milk- Helps to bind the sauce together
  • Heavy Cream- Creaminess!!!
  • Dijon Mustard- Punch of flavor
  • Salt & Pepper- For taste
  • Cheese- What's mac without cheese!?
  • Panko- Crunch!!!
  • Bacon Bits- Tasty things come in small packages!
