Cookies and Cream Rolls


These Cookies & Cream Rolls truly taste like unicorns and rainbows mixed with chocolate and fireworks. I know that made no sense, but these rolls have made me speechless to the point where I forgot what words even are. 


I am a huge fan of ANYTHING labeled cookies and cream so I took those delicious flavors and rolled them into, well, a roll!

Why you will go back for seconds... 
  • Just like the well-known Cinnamon Rolls, these Cookies & Cream Rolls are soft, fluffy, and rich. 
  • Oreos EVERYWHERE!!! Oh, and I mean like everywhere. 
  • But the flavor train has not stopped yet... the vanilla cream cheese frosting is to. die. for.

How to make these rolls... 
Now, I know these rolls may seem hard to make but don't be intimated! This recipe is overall pretty easy it just requires some time for the dough to rise. 


Once your dough has had time to rise, measure out the butter, sugar, and chopped Oreo cookies. 


Roll the dough out into a 20 x 14-inch rectangle then spread on the butter, sugar, and chopped Oreo cookies. 


At the longest side, roll the dough into a log, then evenly cut the dough until you have about 12 individual rolls. Place them into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and let them rise again, covered. 


Pop them in the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes before putting the vanilla frosting on.
